Supervision is transformational. It provides a confidential space for you to talk about anything professional and/or personal and to move forward 

 

'Good' professional supervision or coaching can only be provided by practitioner who is independent from your work place. For certain professions it is an essential component of a practitioner's professional development

Supervision will be of value to you and/or your colleagues if you work with: 

​

• Vulnerable children, families or adult clients

• Individuals or groups therapeutically in education, health or social care

• Individuals or groups in the criminal, civil or family courts and tribunals

• You have a safeguarding role and are required to assess and/or manage risk

• You work in a fast-paced or unpredictable environment with a demanding work load

• You are new to your professional role or are returning to it after a break
